(Homeland), formerly Chrysalis Capital IV Corporation, is a development-stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of energy-related resource properties in southern Africa. In February 2008, Homeland acquired a 15.6% interest in Altona Resources Plc (Altona) from third parties. Altona owns a coal asset in Australia.
