The company provides a range of services, including well servicing, oilfield transportation services, cased-hole electric wireline services, contract drilling services, pressure pumping and well stimulation services and fishing and rental services. The Company operated in three business segments: well servicing, pressure pumping and fishing and rental services.During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company active fleet of well service rigs totaled 975 rigs. In September 2007, the Company announced the acquisition of Advanced Measurements, Inc. In April 2008, the Company acquired Western Drilling. Western Drilling, which is located in Taft, California, provides well service and horizontal drilling services, with all operations conducted in California. On May 30, 2008, Key acquired Hydra-Walk, Inc.
