Keyera Facilities Income Fund (the Fund) is an unincorporated open-ended trust that indirectly owns a 100% interest in Keyera Energy Partnership (the Partnership). The Partnership is involved in the business of natural gas gathering and processing, as well as natural gas liquids (NGLs) and crude oil processing, transportation, storage and marketing in Canada and the United States. The Fund has three segments. Gathering and Processing includes natural gas gathering and processing. NGL Infrastructure includes NGL and crude oil processing, transportation and storage. Marketing consists of marketing of NGLs, sulphur and crude oil. The Fund?s wholly owned subsidiaries include Keyera Energy Mutual Fund Corp., Keyera Rimbey Ltd. and Keyera GP Ltd. Keyera Energy Management Ltd. acts as the administrator of the Fund and the Partnership. The Company has interests in 15 gas plants in Western Canada, with 1,657 million standard cubic feet per day of licensed gross raw gas processing capacity.(Source: ARS)
