Peak Energy Services Trust (the Trust) is a diversified energy services organization operating in western Canada and mid-west United States. Through its operating segments, the Trust provides drilling and production services to oil and gas producers. Drilling services includes solids control, well-site accommodations, access matting and environmental services. Production services include wireline, fluids handling and production equipment. In May 2008, Canadian Sub-Surface Energy Services Corp announced the acquisition of wireline assets from Peak Energy Services Trust. In August 2008, the Trust announced that it had completed the acquisition of Amwest Transport Ltd.
