Our Mission: PRB Energy Inc. is dedicated to building tangible value for our shareholders through the production and development of oil and gas reserves, as well as construction and operation of natural gas gathering and processing facilities. Headquartered in Denver, CO, PRB began operations in January 2004. The Company went public in April of 2005 and in September 2005 began a drilling program to develop coal-bed methane production and reserves in the Powder River Basin. Today, PRB operates through two wholly owned subsidiaries - an oil and gas exploration and production company PRB Oil and Gas, Inc. and a gathering and processing company PRB Gathering, Inc. Since the initiation of its drilling and production activities, the Company has been able to grow both segments thereby increasing revenues and cash flow. PRB's two-pronged approach provides valuable synergies translating into a competitive advantage and added value for PRB Energy and its shareholders, partners and customers. PRB has been able to move from being a predominantly mid-stream company to one where most of its revenues and cash flow will be generated from oil and gas reserves. Our recent acquisition of 29,000 acres and 580 coal-bed methane wells from Pennaco Energy has added significant production and recoverable reserves. As PRB is the gatherer for the Pennaco wells, its volumes and cash flow will grow as we increase production by bringing existing wells back on production and as we initiate our program to drill 300 wells to the Moyer and Cook coals. By combining our exploration and production expertise with our midstream gathering and processing operations, PRB offers a fully integrated gas production and transportation business. Our customers benefit from our breadth of knowledge and leverage in the marketplace, while our shareholders enjoy increased upside potential combined with low-risk returns from the gathering side of the business.
