Regal Energy Ltd. (Regal) is a Calgary-based energy company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of crude oil and natural gas in southern and central Alberta, and northeast British Columbia. Its oil and gas properties include Garrington, Eight Mile, Kaybob, Atlee Buffalo, Viking Kinsella and Provost. Regal?s proved reserves totaled 469,000 barrels of oil equivalent as at September 30, 2007. In July 2008, Regal Energy Ltd. and G2 Resources Inc. announced the completion of a business combination. Persuant to the completion of the business combination, G2 Resources Inc. become a wholly owned subsidiary of Regal.
