Salinas Energy Limited (Salinas Energy) is engaged in the oil and gas exploration. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), the Company drilled six horizontal development wells at its 100%-owned North San Ardo oil field in California (NSA) oil field. During fiscal 2008, the Company signed an agreement with Nations Petroleum for the redevelopment of the Paris Valley oil field.
