Sure Energy Inc. (Sure Energy) is a junior oil and gas company engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of, oil and natural gas reserves primarily in the Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. The majority of the Company?s activities are conducted in the Tweedie, Redwater and Peace River Arch area of Alberta and in Central Alberta. By commodity type, the Company?s proved reserves consist of 97% natural gas and 3% crude oil. Sure Energy owns approximately 39,000 net acres of undeveloped land in Alberta, which includes a prospect inventory in excess of 25 locations. In addition, Sure Energy has entered into a farm-in agreement with Navigo Energy Inc., whereby it will have first right of refusal on all farm-in opportunities relating to over 480,000 net acres of properties held by Sound Energy Trust. In January 2008, the Company acquired Argent Energy Inc. (Argent).
