Uranium Power Corp. is engaged in the identification, acquisition, evaluation, exploration and development of mineral properties, which are potential for uranium deposits. The Company's properties in the United States include Sheep Mountain project; Green River South Uranium Mine, which consists of 456 unpatented lode-mining claims located on five State of Utah mining leases; Green River North project, which contains the Deeper Gold deposit, and Red Seep project. It also owns Breccia Pipes Project in Arizona and Burro Canyon project located in Colorado. As of April 30, 2007, the Company?s Sheep Mountain, Wyoming, Green River, Utah, Breccia Pipes, Arizona and Burro Canyon, Colorado, properties were being developed under a joint venture agreement with U.S. Energy Corp. and Crested Corp.
