Management
American Solar Direct’s management team has several decades of energy industry experience. ASD’s CEO previously built a multi-billion dollar business serving hundreds of thousands of energy consumers. He and the rest of the management team now apply their proven commitment to customer service to making renewable power accessible and affordable to all Americans.

* Brennan Mulcahy, CEO, perfected the direct marketing model over 20 years, culminating in the co-founding of Energy Saving Group (“ESG”, now called Just Energy), a company that reached over a billion dollars in sales in well under a decade. ESG was taken public in 2001 and currently trades under the name Just Energy (Toronto stock exchange, ticker: JE-UN.TO).
* Ravi Thuraisingham, President, CFO, has 20 years of experience in the energy industry from nuclear engineering to retail energy marketing. Ravi was the head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Development at ESG.
* Rafael Simon, Director, is a venture partner at VantagePoint Venture Partners. Rafael was the COO of ZENON Environmental, which was sold to GE in 2006 for $790 million.
* Peninah Brickman, Chief Regulatory Counsel was the Vice President of Legal at ESG after practicing as a litigator at a large Toronto law firm.
