Professional: I have been in the glass industry all my life and enjoy all areas of it. From the technical, fabrication, and installation, to sales, Management and working with people. I have made many close client & business relations over the years and feel I would be an asset to any company bringing years of experience to help maintain and grow your business. Having worked in management, I understand profit and loss statements, inventory control and tracking, safety programs and business plans, purchasing, and administration of all these internal business needs. I have developed many documents that are industry specific that help reduce business costs and stretch margin dollars from projects thru quality management. I am old school but have a working knowledge of computers and most office formats. I have a good name in the industry and know many manufacturing managers, production people, and industry sales reps.

*NGA member for over 15 years. Have met with Board and discussed BEMA specs on heavy glass shower doors and the need for regulations and standards.
*Marvin training and a world class dealer for many years on both Clad and Integrity products. I have been instrumental in upgrading sales to wood products and training my staff. Attended Installing dealer training for Marvin’s insert window program and awarded Integrity’s silver dealer award in 2005.
*Milgard’s spec ops training.
*Received several awards from YSBA (Yuba Sutter Builder’s assoc.) for projects of the year, both in residential and commercial, including sub-divisions.
*Have been active in local building codes and met with many officials on how to understand the interpretation of codes industry specific for the glass & window industry.
*I have been on the committee for sight built products and how energy calcs and products used in modern buildings effect efficiency, working with Vista Wall, Hartung Glass, and local energy reps. at that time.
