Accomplishments:
Managed Powerhouse Team to facilitate moving 885 people in less than 6 months into 425,000 sf TI remodel on 7 floors of a high rise. This was a learning initiative for a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent to grow with the challenges of working with Move Coordinator Consultants and Project Architects while monitoring the AP and AR financials for the project.
Managed Powerhouse Team Remodel 99,000 sf while space was occupied for Digital Media Group at 7 Eleven. This eventual relocated 225 people and added 200 employees to one floor of the corporate office. I was responsible for coaching one Project Manager and Project Superintendent during this project while monitoring the AP and AR financials.
Managed Powerhouse Team with New Shell Build out of 80,000 sf for 7 Eleven R&D Center. Worked with Project Architects to conquer technical issues while teaching Project Manager Problem solving techniques while monitoring the AP and AR financials.
Internal Office TI build out of 110,000 sf to accommodate 200 cubicles, 10 director offices, 4 conference rooms, and 6 huddle rooms.
Per Client request, I manage a team onsite while building the First Cashlerless 7 Eleven store inside the corporate office at Cypress Waters. Project was a design build with the consultants hired by 7E.

Complete oversight and P&L stakeholder of project execution and delivery for a nationwide portfolio of clients and projects, exceeding $30M in gross revenue.
