Shop drawings: Consult with in-house Engineers to develop product detailing
Product data: Research materials to ensure they meet specifications. Samples: Prepare presentation of finished samples.
LEED / FSC: Collect compliance data, invoices and technical information. AHA / JHA: Prepare documents based on OSHA standards.
Jobsite visits: Walkthrough, field measurements, installed product inspection.
Closeout documents: Generate warranty, maintenance & care manuals, itemize attic stock.
 Oversee production of finished millwork items, both in-house and by third party suppliers.
 Select suppliers, issue subcontracts, release orders, and coordinate deliveries.
 Coordinate installation schedule from start to finish, considering environmental field requirements, sequence of installation, field conflict resolution, punch list, and completion deadlines.
 Developestimatesandchangeordersbyreviewinginformation,generating take offs, issuing RFIs, contacting suppliers and manufacturers to obtain quotes, and working closely with production and installation foreman to calculate project cost and fabrication duration.
