• Developed the Business Plan for Downtown Kitmar (Downtown America Properties Group) resulting in the capitalization of over $500,000 CAD.
• Specific expertise in the equity, debt and near equity markets having successfully sourced, negotiated and raised capital for several public and private enterprises.
• Consulted with Kalembe Properties Inc., a South African property development company in building 18 custom homes, in 1998. Developed the Business and Marketing Plan for "Kalembe" and subsequently sourced, negotiated and raised $5,000,000 ZAR (approx. $1,000,000 CAD) in debt and equity. This allowed for the acquisition of lands from the Receiver on behalf of the principles of the company.

Once this was done, a Business Plan with appropriate historical data (where available) which was a necessary part of any financing package, was prepared. Furthermore, conceptualized the deal structure including financial valuation.
• Asset and Business Appraisals: Conceptualized the financial valuation of the business and property. This included review of due-diligence reports, reviewing pro forma income statements, B/S and statement of cash flows.
• Execution of the financing and business plan. This involved identifying financial institutions, private individuals, Merchant Banks and other such institutions that would fit the client profile and industry. Successfully raised over $750,000 in debt and equity for Emerald Bay Properties Ltd. from private individuals and financial institutions allowing the acquisition of assets.
