2005-Current: Supervisor, Handyman Matters General Construction
As a supervisor for Handyman Matters I was involved in the orchestration of jobs of all sizes that covered the entire spectrum of residential and commercial construction. My charge included supervision of projects as large as 47 units, 30 craftsmen, and several million dollars in labor and materials; and as small as single craftsman residential repair tasks. My position included extensive interaction with investment boards, executive administrators, retail and corporate management, and homeowners. My specific tasks ranged from administrative (sales, estimation, and cost analysis) to hands-on, all phases, all trades construction.
2003-2005: Foreman, Chris Baldwin General Construction
Baldwin Construction tasked me with all general construction tasks. As a foreman I undertook all related on-site administrative tasks, such as inspections and sub-contractor scheduling and oversight, for up to 5 new and remodel commercial and residential projects at a time. I also personally completed line items for all projects, new and remodel, that included: demolition, erosion control, site planning, rough framing, rough plumbing, rough electrical, windows, doors, skylights, finish plumbing, finish electrical, all HVAC, finish floors (including laminates and hardwoods), all finish carpentry, appliance install, paint, drywall, and custom closing orders.
1996-2003: Pharmacy Technician, Safeway Inc.
In 1996 I was hired as a Courtesy Clerk for Safeway Store #713. Within six months I had been trained in every department in the store including; Grocery, Bakery, Deli, Floral, Seafood, and Customer Service. I was promoted to Pharmacy Clerk in 1998 and within a years time I had completed my California State Board of Pharmacy Training and Licensure program. For over 5 years I practiced as a California State Board Licensed Pharmacy Technician in over 40 Safeway pharmacies throughout Northern California.

1988-2001 Project Administrator, Olson Construction
At the age of 11 I stared work for my fathers business, Olson Construction. During the 13 years that I worked for Olson Construction I was involved in every aspect of the custom home residential and commercial construction business. Employed under my fathers direction from a very young age helped to instill a very strong work ethic focused on initial planning; and completing projects of all sizes. I have done so both with and without supervision. After my fathers retirement from the business I continued to take on and complete remodel projects as the soul employee under the Olson Construction license.
