Project List
1. 2002-present Managerial oversight of projects in refineries, oil production facilities, paper processing plants power plants and gas delivery systems. Projects ranged from $10,000 to $5,000,000. Oversight of acquisition, permitting and construction of two residential developments totaling 59 homes, including all utility services, streets and public improvements. Designed and built 5 commercial buildings from ground up ranging in size from 4000sqft to 21,000sqft. Costs of $300,000 to $700,000. Also managed 50 home residential development and tenant build-outs and refurbishments. Acted as General contractor/project manager. Installed 580 well geothermal field and water treatment facility for Sacramento, CA high school, installed 320 residential geothermal heat pumps at military base in Maryland. Acted as Director of Operations.
2. 2003-2003 Designed storm water runoff facilities for two residential neighborhood developments and utility and civil/structural for University school of music in Oklahoma City. Acted as Director of Engineering
3. 1999-2002 Complete construction responsibility for four industrial manufacturing facilities from the ground up. Sizes ranged from 15,000sqft to 45,000sqft with cost of projects ranging from $350,000 to $750,000. Also, rebuilt one 40,000sqft facility destroyed from tornado(insurance restoration cost of $1,300,000) and one destroyed from fire( insurance restoration cost of $400,000). Installed two domestic water treatment facilities for packaged boiler systems. Acted as Manager of Technical Services and Project Manager.

5. 1992-1999 three new homes constructed and various remodels. Costs ranged from 65,000 to 80,000. Acted as general contractor.
6. 1988-1992 three gas turbine installations in and around the Oklahoma City area, cost $1,000,000 each, plant upgrades which included coal and ash wastewater treatment facilities, new plant control room, and new digital control system. Also, acted as project manager and asbestos contractor over the complete demolition of two power plants.
7. 1988-1992 Conoco Cogeneration plant, 65MW gas turbine facility with two HRSG’s and gas mixing/compression facility, water treatment facility and digital control system. Acted as Project Director/Manager. Total cost $36,000,000.
8. 1984-1988 various power plant upgrades at Sooner Station, Red Rock, OK costs varied from $400,000 to $5,000,000. Some project included new demineralized water treatment facility, new sewage plant and water treatment facility, coal handling facility upgrade, HVAC upgrade, RO water treatment system, new ash handling system, gas turbine system upgrade, domestic water treatment and delivery systems. Supervisor of Plant Design and Construction, acted as project manager for all of the above supervising team of 5 engineers, 3 techs and 8 construction inspectors.
9. 1982-1984 Muskogee #6 power plant, Muskogee, OK 550MW coal fired plant ,cost $565mil. Project engineer and start-up engineer. Project included the complete ground-up construction of all plant facilities (i.e. boiler, turbine and turbine control building, water and waste water treatment facilities, roads, cooling towers, coal handling equipment and facilities and offices.)
