Manage and direct the structural engineering for the CRDB structure, reviewing and implementing all super structure design changes as and were needed. Establishment of engineered equipment and installation subcontractors, review and evaluation of proposals; review, evaluation and negotiation of change orders dealing with scope revisions and schedule impacts (and/or change order development and negotiation); payment/invoice evaluation and approval; schedule and progress tracking and analysis and coordination of submittal reviews and approvals. Contracted to work with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at its Savannah River Site (SRS). Developed a new $900 million nuclear waste processing facility by processing and reviewing all preliminary engineered and shop drawings. Reviewed and implemented all NAQL1 (DEAR implements and supplements the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) super structure design changes for construction steel, trolleys systems, stairways, doorways, sump pumps, plumbing, penetrations and piping, security entrances, administration building and employee shelter.
