Oakland University – School of Education and Human Resources; $25M, 130,00 s.f. Construction management services included: scheduling, estimating, value engineering, constructability review, drawing review, long lead item planning, bid process management and meetings.
Indian Springs Metropark/Environmental Education Center; $6.8M, 19,500 s.f. two-story environmental education center which featured a glued laminated and timber deck roof/wall structure, precast concrete floor system, cooper panel roof system and a 20-foot diameter acrylic underwater viewing room and connecting acrylic tunnel and acrylic viewing windows. State of the art geothermal heating and cooling systems, water treatment system, on-site sewage disposal system and a 1.7 acre artificial pond/wetland/stream system, including synthetic EPDM liner system was also used.
