Dear Hiring Manager,
I have been in the Construction, Real Estate and Mortgage Industries for over 30 years. Since the market is going through another typical cycle as it does every 10 to 15 years, my production is down and I am interested in hearing more about what you do and whether I would fit in with your Companies needs.
Working with people from Construction Personnel, Real Estate & Mortgage groups, Homeowners, Trucking and Warehouse logistics is the front line that I am familiar with most. Dealing with issues and problem solving from billing and accounting on multimillion dollar projects to selling a $50,000 condo to a first time buyer. I have run telemarketing rooms, run crews of over 40 men on site, run mail campaigns and marketing for both retail and Investors of all different types of properties and have done inventory control, basic accounting and employee relations. I have experience driving big rigs to warehouse distribution centers and other Heavy Equipment on and off site.
The one thing that I do not have now is a 4 year degree. However, I have what most degree holders do not have a lot of, and that is solid experience in more than one field.
I would welcome your interest and call to go over the details of the job and how I might fit in and what can I expect for compensation.
Sincerely,
James Irvine
