SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Supervise and train assistants and new hires.
* Conduct site inspection for OSHA compliance and maintain log.
* Apply for and secure building permits from local agencies.
* Secure grading permits from D.E.N.R. and submit erosion control plan.
* Inspect erosion control measures and maintain log.
* Review blueprints, change orders and contracts to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate and maintain relationships with subcontractors
* Responsible for weekly updates to customers.
* Maintain working relationships with all inspectors to avoid delays.
* Maintain quality control checklists at every stage of construction.
* Assure jobsite safety and cleanliness.
* Schedule all trades.
* Order and schedule delivery of all materials.
* Coordinate all jobsite activity from contract to closing.
HANDLED PROJECTS
* Successfully opened and closed out 5 neighborhoods, from development to completion.
* Supervised 12 – 18 homes at a time, from $300,000+.
* Consulted on projects over 1.5 million dollars each.
