Arciero Brothers Inc., Placentia, CA
Oversaw and managed a group of subcontractors on Tenant Improvement project, converting an old
warehouse to Arciero's new 50,000 sq. ft. office headquarters. Met with owner and architects to assist in
design and to overcome any constructability problems. Interviewed sub contractors and reviewed
proposals prior to issuing a contract.
Assisted other Superintendents on various podium type projects while waiting for notice to proceed on
my project assignment.

ARB INC, Lake Forest, CA
Construction of 2 Combustion Turbine Generator Power Plants in Nilands, CA. Project value in the
$150 million range. Oversaw mass excavation and recompaction of entire 80 acre site. Designed all
concrete form work. Detailed and supervised all concrete placements. Supervised all craft trades.
Responsible for 3 week look ahead schedules, 3 week summaries, equipment reports, and daily reports.
Planned and conducted safety program and meetings. Oversaw and enforced site safety and security.
Enforced all company policies. Scheduled and supervised sub contractors. Maintained as built drawings.
Obtained permits from county, and facilitated all inspections. Assisted project manager with progress

project [at] California State University of Northridge. Completed close to 1 million dollars in change
orders. Project was very space restricted, was forced to use offsite staging yard and transfer materials as
needed. Very tight and demanding schedule, lots of adjoining site upgrades. Responsibilities included
developing 3 week look ahead schedules, 3 week summaries, equipment reports, and daily reports. Plan
and co-ordinate construction activities with CSUN representatives and conducted safety meetings.
Enforced all company policies. Scheduled and supervised all sub contractors. Maintained as built

Oversaw seismic retrofit of Dunsmuir Reservoir, City of Oakland CA drinking water. $20 million project
for East Bay Municipal District. Placed over 30,000 cubic yards of concrete and installed close to
200,000 grouted and epoxy dowels. Helped company develop an IIPP and establish a safety committee.
Worked with an Industrial Hygienist to convert a permit required confined space to a Non-permit
required confined space. Also worked with Paco pumps to implement a pumping system that performed
pre-filtration allowing company to save close to a million dollars on disposal fees. Responsibilities
