Objective: Obtain a position where my experience and knowledge can be applied to further maximize opportunities and strengthen relationships of clients through efficiency, dependability and new technology.
Work Experiences:
FBP Group LLC: Las Vegas, NV January 2009 – July 2009
I was called in by the owners of the FBP Group to help with the project management and structure of their company. They design and install audio/visual systems. The FBP Group has only been in business for a short period of time. The owners were designing, estimating and installing projects themselves but have now added many more employees. As the FBP Group was continuing to grow and handle more projects, they were losing money in change orders and jobs because they did not have the knowledge of proper procedures and construction standard forms that the casinos and owners were looking for. I have helped create forms and implement policies and procedures for bidding, scope of work, contracts, change orders, transmittals, billings and all associated documents with the construction process.
I have been laid off due to the FBP Group merging with another company.
