Rough
• Coordinate sub-contractors and labor team members in the construction of the project site and off site designs-grading, underground, curb, gutter, sidewalks, roads, paving, pads, retaining walls, foundations, frame, MPE, Lathe, and Drywall.
• Attend, participate, and communicate in weekly site work meetings.
• Verify sub-contractor scope is complete to company plans and specifications.
• Schedule daily building inspections and follow up on corrections.
• Work closely with many consultants during the construction process.
• Hold weekly foreman meeting with sub- contractors to insure quality and schedule.
• Procure Construction building materials.
• Maintain 3 month look ahead for daily operations.
• Process RFI’s and maintain records for Plan Delta as necessary.
• Finish
• Coordinate sub-contractors in the process of the finish trades from texture to home owner delivery.
• Verify options selections are installed to the highest level of fit and finish.
• Working closely with Sales and Options to ensure a superior product.
• Supervise the installation of millwork, doors, cabinets, paint, tile, granite, plumbing, electrical fixtures, hardwood floor and carpet.Order electric and gas meters and schedule their installation
• Walk with Customer Service to ensure Quality Control and control a team of detailers to ready the home for move in.
• Schedule and walk City Planning and Building inspections to meet local requirements.
• Punch Tract for Bond Acceptance with local Public Works inspectors and complete work.
