Directed process piping work, constant air volume (CAV) HVAC works, equipment rigging, equipment installation, start up support and commissioning of a new chilled water plant for a $ 1.5 million new manufacturing facility construction contract.
4. Hewlett Packard Cafeteria and Mixed Use Commons Building, Aguadilla
Directed HVAC, mechanical & plumbing trades work, variable air volume HVAC systems installations, kitchen equipment, potable water, storm & sanitary underground and above ground plumbing for this $ 800,000 dollar, 60,000 SF multiple use and cafeteria complex. Assisted all related HVAC controls scope of work installation, start-up, and commissioning.

Directed $ 2.5 million in general construction works for a new 24,000 square feet of research laboratory facilities that included concrete works, structural steel, interiors fit out, laboratory furnishings and associated electromechanical provisions, ancillaries and appurtenances.

Directed selective demolition and new general commercial construction work for $ 3.5 million interiors’’ fit out of existing commercial offices at Guaynabo and Cataño Headquarters. Scope of work included u/g sanitary & storm sewer improvements, structural steel and concrete work, architectural interiors fit out and MEP work.
7. BMS Process and Batch Room Improvements, Mayaguez, PR
Directed civil and MEP aimed at installation and commissioning of a 700 ton chilled water plant as part of a $ 5,000,000 total construction project. Performed equipment rigging, equipment installation, pre start up and start up assistance for the centrifugal chillers, cooling tower, condenser & chilled water pumps and associated ancillaries & instrumentation.
