I am seeking a permanent position as a project superintendent /manager.I am a very serious candidate, having very successfully spent over 25 years as a construction superintendent/ manager on projects from concept to completion, covering every scope of construction, from intense renovations (most recently on the campus of The University of Pennsylvania), commercial and professional build-outs, assisted living/ retirement communities with medical facilities, to public schools including all athletic stadiums and facilities, community parks and recreation centers to government projects (Fort Indiantown Gap), waste water treatment plants, township buildings and facilities--ie jails, roads in collaboration with PennDot. I have worked in PA, DE, and NJ, have government clearance, have managed mixed and open shop projects, and am willing to travel anywhere. I have twice been re-recruited by a former employer to return and bring failing projects back into positive positions. I am aggressive, knowledgeable, and have a great rapport with owners/representative, coworkers, subcontractors, other primes, and other professional agents.
