Coordinated relocation of existing office into temporary office space. Initiated a hands-on approach in the resolution of placing project on hold, which allowed continuation of project in lieu of existing obstacles. SCN Design - $177k Project
 Charged with complete remodeling of existing home built in 1910. Converted space into a two level office building. Ensured complete quality control; orchestrated site personnel throughout demolition process and execution of masonry, roofing, windows, exterior doors, trex decking, PVC railings, vinyl siding, structural framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarms, carpentry, insulation, drywall, paint and hardwood flooring. Coordinated efforts with owner, architect and municipality to redesign original plans on existing stairs to meet commercial code requirements in riser heights and widths, satisfying building inspector’s concerns with one onsite meeting. Project completed within projected timelines. Received “Letter of Recommendation†from owner for providing complete satisfaction. Project revenue came in at $10,500 over projection.
Riva Pointe Condo’s - $450k Project
 Oversaw complete remodeling of a 25 year old existing health club facility. Transformed outdated two level health club into a state-of-the-art fitness center. Redirected crew to complete alternate areas, while addressing discrepancy with structural steel columns. Managed completion of typical residential site work, excavation, concrete foundation and slab, wood framing, sheathing of windows and exterior doors, roof shingles, siding, stucco, exterior metal fascia and soffits, gutters and leaders, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fireplace construction, insulation, drywall, taping, kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, granite countertops, interior trim, doors and hardware, ceramic tile installation, hardwood flooring, carpet installation and painting for these 4,000 square foot, elite homes. With some minor regrading and installation of a retaining wall, we were able to correct a drastic elevation drop on one of the homes, satisfying engineer’s concerns and township requirements. Saved a total of $140,000 through subcontractor and vendor negotiations.
