Performed all duties associated with the day to day operations of a heavy industrial fabrication shop including safety training, human resources activities, material estimations/ordering and fabrication quality control activities. Performed on-site construction guidance for sub-contractors as well as Mpact’s Union Ironworkers. Interpreted construction prints to coincide with customers modifications and wishes. Coordinated all rental equipment, material deliveries and sub-contractor functions for projects valued upwards of $4.5 million. Worked closely with clients, state and city permitting agencies along with designers and engineers to ensure value engineering and design goal achievement.
