My name is Richard Havens; I am looking for work in construction management. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and will have a new Bachelors Degree in Construction Management at the end of May. I have experience in property management, facilities management and commercial construction. While going to school I have worked part time as a superintendent and estimating assistant at Hilbers Incorporated. I am familiar with field and office procedures and have been successful at automating processes in estimating and daily reports for superintendents. Also, I was able to set up an export/import from Microsoft Excel to D4 Cost for easier budgeting of New Construction and TI Projects. Because of my current education and computer knowledge, I believe a sophisticated construction company would be a good match for my skills and my desire to improve on the processes of managing construction work. Do you know of a construction company that needs an experienced, educated, construction manager?
