Job Duties: Traveling all over the United States as a Superintendent over the remodeling of 7-Eleven stores to meet handicap codes, installing fixtures and remodeling of Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Sears Union Jobs. Served as working Superintendent on CVS remodels, Sears Shoe Department and installing fixtures in new H&R Block offices located in strip centers.
I also made survey runs on Sears and Levi Outlet stores to determine exactly what work needed to be performed.
In December, 2005 I received a award on behalf of the DAVACO Management Team for EXTRAORDINARY WORK AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH SEARS.

JMC CONSTRUCTION: McKinney, Texas July 3,2002 to April 23, 2003
Job Duties: Shortly after being hired by JMC, the Project Superintendent was terminated at the North Texas Job Corp in McKinney, Texas due to mistakes and poor quality of the construction to that date. I took over as Project Superintendent and was able to correct the mistakes and brought the quality of work up to Government standards and satisfaction. The project was in the drywall hanging stage, I took it from there to completion and turned it over to the owners.
I was then sent to take over a Park Project for the City of Coppell, where JMC had fired that Project Superintendent. I completed the project to the architect's satisfaction on Tuesday, April 1, 2003. While working on the Park Project in Coppell, I started the ground work on a Maintenance Facility Building for the City of Garland at their Waste/Water Treatment Plant.

After being released from Cooper General Contractors, and prior to being hired at JMC Construction, I subcontracted a restaurant remodeling project; installation of doors, frames, hardware and trim in a Doctor's office as well as painting several offices and elevator doors at a Cigna facility; all of which was through Cooper General Contractors. During this period of time I continued doing Cooper's warranty and service work. I was also hired to do service work by the owners of Dickey’s Bar-B-Q and Jakes Burgers

I was Sole Owner from 1987 through 1997, then formed a Partnership in 1998. From 1987 Through 1996, I did all carpentry work inside of 38 churches in several different states. Contracted the renovation of an old school building for M.H.M.R. in Jasper, Texas. Contracted building of a new Emergency Services Building which included renovations of their Gymnasium, and renovated an older home to be used for a Senior Citizen Center on the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation in Livingston, Texas.
Late 1996 through 1997, was subcontractor on a church in Atlanta, GA which covered framing, drywall, painting, doors, trim work, cabinetry and acoustical ceiling. I also served as the Superintendent over the project.
October, 1997 to February, 1999 subcontracted trim work on a apartment complex in Nacogdoches, Texas, on hotels through Rogers Construction in Dallas, Plano and Lewisville, Texas. I also was subcontractor on a Assisted Living Facility project through M&W Builders in Grapevine, Texas.
