Project Management

Perform extensive residential and commercial construction activities for both small- and large-scale clients throughout the United States.
Ensure that projects progress according to set timelines by tracking and monitoring staff and subcontractor work schedules, performing daily site inspections, authorizing change orders, and quickly and effectively resolving various construction-related issues.

Training & Leadership
