Responsible for the administration of major road and bridge projects for Lee County, Fl, Hillsborough County Fl. and the Florida Department of Transportation. Supervised 5 project managers on sites for the fly over bridge at Summerlin Rd and College Parkway in Ft. Myers Fl. $27million, Drainage improvements for I-275 in Tampa, Fl. $26 million, Bridge replacement over the Alfia River in Hillsborough County Fl. $5 million, Six laning of US 1 roadway project in Brevard County for the FDOT, $34 million and the I-95 HOV expansion for the FDOT in Palm Beach County Fl. $43 million.
Responsible to negotiate and finalize all administrative issues dealing with the clients for schedules, payments, changes and claims for all additional work and differing site conditions. Also required the purchase of all materials and administration of sub contractors. For all projects in progress in Florida, reviewed all pay requests prior to submission. Extensive cost monitoring.
My position also required my participation in selection of personnel for supervision of all projects.

3 years for Collier County totaling over $66 million: Immokalee Rd, (6 laning), Goodlette Frank Rd., (6 laning), Rattlesnake Hammock Improvements, to include,62,000 feet of underground pipeline utilities, 9 miles of road construction, and the utility relocations. As Project Manager, responsible for detailed job scheduling, the management of all correspondence with the County and the Non-County owned utilities and the traveling public. Subcontractor and vendor selection: contract administration and product submittals. Initiation and processing of claims for over $2 million for changed conditions .
Project Superintendent
Both Landside and Airside bid packages for the South West Florida Regional Airport. Project value $90 million. Responsible for managing 22 subcontractors, site development, roadway, drainage, water, sewer, signals, lighting, concrete, runway, taxiway, underground fuel system, landscape, irrigation, 1900 ft. bridge, upper level roadway and MSE Ramps.

Estimating, planning and execution of multiple projects, including water, sewer, dock and piling, marina excavation and various municipal utility contracts. Procured and constructed approximately $3 million in water sewer, pump station, drainage and site development for the City of Naples, Collier County, and developers in the private sector. Completed
Half Moon Cay marina site for Holland America Cruise Line on the privately owned island of Little San Salvador, Bahamas. Planned mobilized, and successfully supervised 60,00 cubic yards of channel excavation and 30,000 square feet of sheet piling in the Atlantic Ocean.

I participated or was completely responsible for projects that included wastewater treatment plants at Aberdeen Proving Ground Md, Edgewood Arsenal Md. Manassas Virginia, Barbers Point Naval Air Station, Hawaii, wastewater pump stations and associated piping, potable water and drainage utilities, roadway, offshore pipeline, breakwaters, docks and piers, foundation piping, fuel piping, airport construction, heavy concrete and site development.
