· Yearly savings in eliminating testing on billets (grain size,jominy’s)-$250,000 to $400,000
· Lead Six Sigma Green Belt Project in processing plant (Efficient scheduling ) outcome was awareness of process thru Scheduling,Production,Shipping.
· Refine Level 3 procedures for Melting to improve the melt shop schedule
