Duties: Scheduling, coordination and supervision of all personnel and Sub-contractors on site, liaison to all homeowners and HOA Board members. One challenging aspect of this project was that the condominiums were all occupied during construction. This proved to be a stressful condition for everyone in the El Nino winter we experienced. At the close of this project I received offers of employment from the Architect, the Board’s Construction Manager and the waterproofing contractor as well as offer of continued employment from American Int’l.
