PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
DCM OF NEW JERSEY- Project Superintendent March 2008- Sept 2008
 Moved into Hoolihans Restaurant which was 3 weeks behind with six weeks to complete and carpentry contractor. Pulled together a logistical plan and schedule to complete project on time. Project was largest Hoolihans built to date seating 550 people. The space was an addition with site work to a strip mall.
 Currently managing 3 Applebees projects in New York. All three are fit-out projects with in retail space.
STRUCTURE TONE– Project Superintendent April 2006 – March 2008
 Oversaw the construction of 4 bank branches and 3 independent ATM lobbies Bank of America and Citibank. Many of these projects were constructed simultaneously with all meeting or surpassing the schedule.
 Constructed the Pennsylvania charter branch for Citibank. The project presented scheduling difficulties as it had a 1/3 reduced schedule and incomplete design with an immovable end date. The date was met.
 Coordinated trades on a successful conversion of 34,000 sf. conference room into a dividable conference room with technology upgrades. The project was 8 weeks, $7,500,000, with two of those weeks being no noise times. The volume of work with the condensed schedule created a coordination effort which had to be tended to at all times.

TAK CONSTRUCTION – Project Superintendent August 2005 – February 2006
 Gained control of a $30 million addition and renovation project concerning North Brunswick High School, and helped minimize the impact of past project mismanagement.
 Oversaw the construction of a 100,000-sq. ft. addition that consisted of structural steel and block walls and contained biology, chemistry and photo labs band and chorus shells, a television studio and a 1,000-seat theatre with orchestral pit and projection room.
 Utilized extensive strategic planning and labor coordination skills to maintain optimal amounts of productivity and quality.
SWEETWATER CONSTRUCTION – Project Superintendent August 2001 – August 2005
 Oversaw the construction of two Residence Inns, two more than 94,000 sq. ft. and consisting of a four-story unit tower and one 78,000 sq. ft and consisting of 3 stories with attached gatehouse.
 Completed a 58,000-sq. ft., three-story metal stud hotel for Staybridge Suites that was selected as the Best out of Ground Project for Sweetwater in 2004.
 Implemented procedural changes that provided an on-site Assistant Superintendent during quality control efforts and achieved a shortened inspection timeline.
PIKE CONSTRUCTION – Project Superintendent October 1999 – August 2001
 Tasked with the construction of a 150,000-sq. ft., four-story Courtyard by Marriott that involved site preparation, envelope and structural work as well as the construction of an 800 ft sewer line in county road.
 Converted the historic eight-story Jersey City YMCA into efficiency apartments, which included the relocation of elevators and garbage chutes and asbestos and lead removal.
 Gained control of both of these projects while they were behind schedule and completed all facets on time and under budget.
WINTER CONSTRUCTION – Project Superintendent 1998 – 1999
 Selected by this high-end residential construction company with over $10 million in annual revenue to oversee the completion of its various projects.
 Managed multiple concurrent projects ranging in value from $500,000 to $2 million while guaranteeing adherence to established time and budgetary goals.
SUFFOLK CONSTRUCTION – Assistant Superintendent 1998
 Acted as Assistant Superintendent regarding the construction of a three-story steel frame assisted living facility.
 Completed the conversion of an office complex into a medical facility on behalf of Madison Medical Arts, which included a four-story, 200,000-sq. ft. building that contained same-day surgical rooms, an in-vitro fertilization clinic and doctors’ offices.
