Managing Partner Helped launch a start-up tri-state General Contracting Firm specializing in commercial construction new build, ground-up, tilt wall, and design build developer services. I negotiated the award of a $3.5 million disaster recovery contract with the U.S. Navy in Belle Chase, Louisiana. Contracted to demolish and re-build two Hush House Facilities – (High Tech Hanger & Engine Test Facility) damaged during Hurricane Katrina. I secured contracts to provide construction and contracting services to General Growth Properties on a mixed use 15,000+/- acre commercial / residential / retail development in Northwest Houston.

Reg. Director Recruited to manage a $40-million commercial construction and market development regional roll-out, requiring the allocation, deployment, and construction management to oversee 11 new regional offices and warehouse locations in the central region. Micro-managed the market development and construction activities, including staffing requirements, and city expansion budgets. Through negotiated sub-contractor agreements and the implementation of regional SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) I was able to negotiate regional contracts at reduced rates with a selected group of sub-contractors which realized a company cost savings of over $80,000.
