* Saved $250,000 by successfully planning, organizing, coordinating, and directed Whirlpool and Samsung teams within a few days of joining the Whirlpool team. Task was to repair 250,000 washers for the CPSC. Government was satisfied with results.
* Saved $10M by creating the Service Champion Team Concept, adopted across the corporation that provided technical serviceability recommendations on new product developments and technical support for six manufacturing sites.
* Saved $20M in potential loss of business with customers. Orchestrated field containment projects to capture, rework and restock products not meeting factory specifications.
* Saved $24M in reduced service calls and product exchange avoidance. Created Quality Action Teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and improve product quality.
