I am very interested in this opportunity to join your team, as field or general superintendent. My credentials include:
· 20+ years of midmanagement experience in the construction industry, as field superintendent, or construction manager.

Successful projects have included Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Oakland, Baxter Bioscience Lab in Hayward, Bayer in Emeryville, Zaentz Media Center in Berkeley, schools, wineries, and many more. I’m experienced with public works, union and government requirements, and capital improvements projects. As a private contractor, I built SFD, multi-unit, and apartment and condo complexes.
· Expertise in contract administration, scheduling, records, time and resource management, and value engineering. I am proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project and Visio, American Contractor, and I’m learning Timberline.
· An uncompromising emphasis on safety. I am OSHA and CPR/First Aid certified.
Throughout my career, I have maintained an excellent performance record, and earned a reputation for dedication, teamwork and a see-it-through work ethic.
The position sounds like an outstanding opportunity, and I would welcome the chance for an interview to discuss your needs and outline my strengths in person.
Sincerely,
