Neil Armstrong Elementary, Bettendorf, IA - $8M, 43,000 sq. ft. new two-section elementary school. Completed in 11 months, on time and under budget.
Massac Memorial Hospital, Metropolis, IL - $8M, 40,000 sq. ft. addition, and renovation to an existing hospital. Patient addition required extensive relocation of existing utilities.

Perry 6th Grade Center - $13M, 40,000 sq. ft. project, similar to Southport Grade School with addition and renovation to support increased enrollment.
Perry Meridian Middle School - $18M, 100,000 sq. ft. open concept building remodeled to conventional classrooms with an addition. All systems were replaced and successfully completed while scheduling around academic activities.
Keystone Middle School - $28M, 120,000 sq. ft. major addition and renovation project. Midway through the project, an arson fire occurred. Successfully worked with owner’s insurer to repair damages and still completed project on time.
Southport High School - $35M, 140,000 sq. ft. addition, and renovation to existing high school. During this 65-month project, all rooms and systems were changed.
Clinton Young/Homecroft/Burkhart Elementary Schools - $24M projects for addition of added classrooms and renovation of buildings. Projects were started and completed simultaneously.
Ivy Tech College, Indianapolis, IN - $40M New facility in Indianapolis and additions and renovations at two buildings in Gary, and Kokomo, IN.
Mercy Hospital, Elwood, IN - $10M demolition of old section of building, addition of Emergency suite, and renovations of OB/GYN.
Blackford County Jail, Blackford, IN - $12M project to gut old elementary school. Renovated space and added prefabricated cells and shower units.
Blackford County Schools - $40M, 40,000 sq. ft. simultaneous project for two elementary schools and renovation of middle school.
Angola Community School, Angola, IN - $12M, 85,000 sq. ft. new elementary school completed on time and under budget.
Mt. Vernon Intermediate School, Fortville, IN - $13M, 100,000 sq. ft. new 5th/6th grade intermediate school completed on-time and under budget.
