I coordinate and assist the starting up and finishing of projects on time, making sure good quality work and practice of safety is applied ensuring a safe environment for our customers and employees. I am certified in emergency management by FEMA. I have the knowledge for preparation for Joint Commission surveys. The projects I was involved in managing or managed on my own are the build out of a 7,000 square feet Pediatrics Clinic at 1.05 million the project was finish one month ahead of schedule, expansion of a 3,300 Square foot NICU adding 5 new beds at $150,000, and up grade to code a 4,385 square feet Psych unit. I have the experience in all phases of equipment maintenance and building maintenance. I became Director after the Hospital Director left for an enhanced job opportunity. I feel certain that you would find me to be a hardworking and reliable professional who has pride on doing any job to the best of my ability.
