Provided assistance with overall on-site field supervision and technical management for all construction operations including direct supervision of trades, subcontractors and carpenter & labor personnel. Assisted the project superintendent with the construction of a building from foundation phase through actual construction then to turnover to the owner. Specific areas of direct responsibility were twelve operating suites, the entire Diagnostic Imaging Department and the forty-three room Emergency Department. Recorded daily reports. Coordinate inspections for areas and trades. Maintain and update the architectural/MEP/etc. drawings. Provided direction to trade persons and subcontractors by coordinating plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure quality and on-time completion of work. Assisted the superintendents in maintaining OSHA regulations and job safety.
