Existing building was of the old lift slab construction and entailed complete demo of all but skeleton, addition of exterior shear walls to bring to code, as well as the addition of utility tunnels which connect to the utility network of the campus. Unique concrete techniques were utilized to accomplish the completion of this project.

• Work activity ranged from vertical cast in place concrete, slab on grade suspended slab, and tilt –up, thru finishes including client signage in some cases.
