As a project management professional, I have a solid track record leading

meet municipal, military and commercial construction requirements. My

CAREER HISTORY
Project Manager, Ajax Building Corporation ($200M construction company) - 2006
to 2008. Managed major construction projects to $35M, supervising up to 200
employees and subcontractors. Established project budget, negotiated all
contracts, and processed all change orders. Set up project schedules and ensured
timely completion.
Project Manager, W.G. Yates ($250M construction company) - 2004 to 2006.
Reviewed design/construction issues and recommended solutions. Processed owner
and subcontractor pay applications. Maintained project schedules, budget and
all documentation. Processed all material submittals.
Bradbury Stamm Construction Company, Inc. ($200M construction organization).
Project Manager / Engineer - 2000 to 2004. Promoted to direct all project
activities, establish schedules and meet budgeted guidelines. Recruited,
trained and supervised staff. Reviewed subcontractor materials to ensure
compliance with project specifications and requirements. Developed and
implemented project policies and procedures. Conducted all site inspections
and addressed any construction issues with solutions.
Safety Director - 1991 to 2000. Created and implemented various safety
programs/procedures, as well as hazardous materials communications program.
Coordinated safety audits and led efforts to attain multiple safety awards
and citation-free OSHA inspections. Decreased lost time accidents and
experience modifier.
