Summary
I have grown up in the general contracting and real estate industries under my father and grandfather and have held numerous positions within other companies as well. I have worked my way up from laborer and have been involved with the design, estimating, managing, and supervision of projects ranging from simple Tenant Improvements up to multi-million dollar, complex projects. Furthermore, I have assisted my father throughout the years in the management and construction of residential projects ranging from a simple spec home up to high end multi-million dollar custom homes. I have the knowledge and confidence to step into many different facets of construction and complete a job on time and within budget. I have experience in dealing with the city and county governments, architects, engineers, and real estate brokers.
I am always dedicated to each project and I see each project through to completion. I aim to satisfy each contract and do my best to make sure the client is happy, without sacrificing the bottom line to do so. From the initial meeting with the client(s), to the notice of completion; I have been involved every step of the way.
My construction background has primarily been in the commercial market involving tilt-ups, wood-framed, and some CMU buildings as well as numerous tenant improvements. I ran concrete crews for many years along with the supervision and management of many projects throughout the years. I am very proficient in comprehending blueprints and specifications, as well as working with owners and architects to achieving their goals on time and within budget.
I have been licensed in the real estate industry since 2001 and have a substantial sales record in conventional sales as well as in the REO market. Since early 2008, I have been involved with numerous REO transaction as well as having completed approximately 100 BPO’s. I have also managed properties for clients, and my real estate experience extends substantially into the residential and commercial marketplace.
Project Summary
• Sun Harbor Marina (Point Loma, CA.)(Peterbuilt Corporation) – Waterfront Project located in America’s Cup Harbor consisting of 171 boat docks, 3 wood-framed, 2 story buildings. Project was first LEED Certified marina. Project contains Pizza Nova Restaurant, LoPreste-Dunn Sportfishing, Let’s Talk Hook-up Radio office, numerous yacht brokers, Fisherman’s Canning, as well as numerous rental storage lockers. Approx. Value - $11,000,000.00
• James Madison High School – Prop. MM (Clairemont Mesa, CA.)(F.H. Paschen/S.N. Nielsen) – ADA Upgrades and technology installation, as well as electrical upgrades. Approx. Value - $7,500,000.00
• Red Mountain Pacific (Escondido, CA.)(Stephens Construction) – New corporate headquarters for heavy equipment sales and rental company. Tilt-up construction. Approx. Value - $6,000,000.00
