o Supervision of multiple projects simultaneously through ongoing communication and coordination with on-site project staff.
• Estimating
o Development of estimates at all levels of design from initial conception through final construction documents.
o Experience estimating from initial plan review through takeoff, pricing and bid submission including supervisions of other estimators.
o Expert level user of Timberline computerized estimating system, including development of custom database assemblies and models.
o Experience working with design teams regarding project scope and costs to ensure budgets did not exceed owner’s authorization.
o Experience at conducting constructability reviews of plans and designs to identify opportunities for cost savings or design changes to reduce construction expenses.
o International estimating experience including detailed cost estimates to support expansion of manufacturing and distribution center for Amway in Guangzhou, China. Original project scope was $110M.
o Experience performing Cost Segregation estimating for commercial projects.
o Experience performing due diligence inspections and Capital Forecast Projections for apartment complex projects.
• Scheduling
o Development and maintenance of cost/resource loaded schedules.
o Development of preliminary schedules for presentations.
o Training and development of other personnel in CPM scheduling and associated computer programs.
o Review and analysis of schedules to identify changes in construction schedule and ascertain whether the change is due to a legitimate issue (such as weather delays).
