Responsible for heat exchanges and furnaces. Six heat exchanges had to have bundles pulled, jet cleaned, tested, reassembled, and pressure tested. One heat exchanger had to have bundles pulled, tubes jet cleaned. Shell was UT/MT test and reassembled, tested, and recertified.
Six overhead heat exchanges had all plugs removed and IRIS test on tubes. Plugs replaced and tested.
