I am a seasoned Construction Professional with a broad range of site supervision and multi-project leadership in the industrial, commercial, and residential (high volume production) construction sectors.
I can select, build and manage teams, resolve issues with local governments, ensure compliance to codes and regulations while maintaining a positive work environment. I am extremely results focused with the flexibility to adjust to changing environmental and political environments. If you place a set of drawings in front of me, I have the capability and experience to complete the project within budget and on schedule.
I have had experience with: Fast-Track; Design-Build; Negotiated; Fixed Public Bid; Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP); and hybrid combinations of each of these contract types over the years.
My project list includes: clean rooms; electronic wafer manufacturing plants; oil refineries; coal handling facilities; high rise hotel/casinos, restaurants, kitchens, back of house areas, casino floor expansions; prisons; on-site waste water treatment facilities; schools and office buildings. Additionally, I have completed, on average, more than 200 homes (approx. 4500sf each) per year.
I am especially adept at executing the overall mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) coordination which is frequently the most critical project requirement. Most of the projects I have led have had durations of 18 to 24 months and without early, detailed coordination, those projects would not have been completed within prescribed time frames.
Several of my projects have been set-up under an Owner Controlled Wrap-up Insurance Program. While these programs place extra requirements for safety, reporting and administration they also place a strong emphasis on safety which minimizes liability and benefits the project financially in the long run.
I welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your needs and how I might use my skills to add value to your organization.
Thank you for your consideration.
