1977-1999:
I have held positions as Production Manager, Estimator and Marketing Manager for various other builders throughout the years. I collectively have three years experience with renovation projects funded by HUD. Some were apartment buildings; some were renovations for affordable housing and group homes. My positions have given me experience in negotiating HUD contracts, working with government contracts and commercial contracts.
I held a position as Purchasing Manager for a motel management firm, which held 16 properties. My responsibilities included gathering, projecting and reporting sales and cost data as well as all purchasing. I was able to bring down overall cost of supplies by 15%.
