communication with client and engineering, generating RFI’s , work orders, pricing and change orders through Pro-Log. I have always strived to maintain project safety, cleanliness and timeliness from all trades. I recently completed include the Eurest Dining
Cafeteria , valued [at] $1 mil. Maricopa and Camelback restroom remodels, 3 floors each, valued [at] $750k each. McDowell and Camelback High Volume Staffing projects both valued at $750k each. Other projects as well. Most of the projects were ongoing simultaneously.

Supervision of approximately 120 employees for the Sun City and Anthem divisions in AZ, as well as the Las Vegas division in Nevada.
This included, but was not limited to ordering and maintaining materials, equipment, and labor for a production rate of 5-8 houses/day. Daily scheduling of all phases of concrete construction for post-tension and conventional, from lay-out through flatwork. Maintaining required production rates, quality, materials, and labor. Quarterly Reviews with upper management included an administrative Power Point presentation, to review job cost variances reports as well as an extensive field walk to double-check and maintain a quality product. Net income for the Sun City and Anthem divisions was between 1 and 2 mil. per month. Annually was between 12 and 24 mil. depending on production rate.
My responsibilities also included scheduling customer care issues as well as handling removals and replacements, ordering concrete through the dispatch department, and pre-treats. During my last year at BCI, I supervised the Dispatch Department. This included but was not limited to supervising two other dispatchers, super-16 drivers, 3 pump operators, all ABC, and various grading sub-contractors and all the payables. I was transferred to the Las Vegas Division for complete re-vamping of that location. I was also being groomed by the owner (Jim Bebout) as the General Manager for Las Vegas.

Supervision of all phases of concrete construction for custom homes and many different types of commercial projects. This included meeting with the builder superintendents, doing layout, ordering of all materials, hiring and firing of all labor, scheduling of all backhoes, grade tractors, pumps, pre-treats, figuring concrete, etc.
