Personal Insight
Commitment, focus and quality direct my career as a seasoned journeyman carpenter foreman. I maintain submission to authority and I am trained to follow policies, procedures and blueprints. My journeyman + construction skills and leadership are used to ensure team members produce a quality finished product within construction timelines. I will coordinate tasks and work with subcontractors to ensure schedules are met. My residential and commercial skills and experiences are twenty plus years hands-on in carpentry, concrete, steel, masonry, drywall, paint, layout, blueprints, doors, roofs, stairs and equipment operation. I also have applied skills in estimating, takeoffs, commercial doors, scribing, tap and die, cabinets, business management, safety, inspection and computer. Excellent verbal and written communications while showing dignity and respect to all people.
