Hotel Sofitel, Chicago, IL ($62 million)
Four star luxury hotel, 380,000 square foot hotel, 33-story, 415 guestrooms, with two restaurants, meeting rooms, ballroom, and fitness area.
Senior superintendent of tower Took over tower from 3rd fl to roof with 9 months to complete. Completed cip / post tension conc. , window wall system and 420 four star guest rooms. Project was in jeopardy of liquidated damages with numerous outstanding, unresolved constraints. Reestablished authority, integrity, and trust with all parties through constant jobsite presence and open dialogue. Completed on time and in budget

Washoe County Court Complex, Reno, NV ($18 million)
Interior improvements for 130,000 square foot court facility with state of the art communications, video and security.
Senior superintendent Took over project behind schedule. With constant field presence to solve problems, creating proper work sequencing with clear scheduling and establishing trust that “what we agree upon we will doâ€, completed project on time and in budget.
US Courthouse and Federal Building, Sacramento, CA ($112 million)
Sixteen-story 600,000 square foot courthouse and federal building, including five story rotunda two story below ground parking.
Senior superintendent Took over project in liquidated damages. Managed completion of project including resolution of outstanding conflicts, completion of all punch list items, assisted GSA in final occupancy of facility. Generated documentation that was critical in winning over one million dollar claim.

UCSF Long Hospital Cyberknife Installation, San Francisco, CA ($5 million)
Demolition and renovation of existing space within the oncology wing for installation of Cyberknife Stereotactic Radiosurgery System.
Senior superintendent- Ran project from preconstruction to completion with daily interface and communication with hospital personnel, OSHPD and Office of Design and Construction. Completed ahead of schedule. Doubled profit.

Battle Mountain Hospital, Battle Mountain, NV ($17.5 million)
30,000 square foot renovation and addition of hospital facility, including patient rooms, operating rooms and x-ray facilities.
Senior Superintendent Took over project at 60% and behind schedule. Rebuilt relationships with owner, building officials and subcontractors through clear communication and completing work on time with Quality that exceeded expectations. Project completed on time and in budget
EDUCATION FACILITIES
Child Care Center, City of Mountain View, CA ($5.4 million)
8500 square foot child care facility including extensive outdoor play yard. Project consisted of modular classrooms with custom wood framed exterior facade.
Senior superintendent Took over project when company was in jeopardy of being removed for poor performance. Corrected over 30% of existing framing, negotiated an accelerated delivery of permanent power with PGE and completed on time thus avoiding liquidated damages and reinstated companies standing for future work.
Western Nevada Community College, Carson City, NV ($17 million)
80,000 square foot science and technology facilities with renovation and addition of 10,000 square feet to the administrative building. The project included classrooms, laboratories, a bookstore, and conference rooms.
Senior Superintendent from start to finish. Through aggressive 3 week scheduling, constant jobsite presence and reversing construction sequence to top down a 15 month project was completed in 12 months.

149 New Montgomery, Tenant Improvements, San Francisco, CA, ($18 million)
Seismic upgrade and interior improvements to an internet company headquarters in a 7-story, 80,000 square foot timber frame and masonry office building originally built in the early 1908.
Senior superintendent from start to finish. Completed 2 months ahead of schedule and doubled profit on project
Macy’s Department Store, Sacramento, CA ($5 million)
Fast track renovation of existing store into a Men’s Macy’s with a complete furniture display floor.
